After our Monday meetings we aim to finish with a short Mindfulness session. We encourage men to take a moment to be aware of their day-to-day life, instead of rushing through it.
Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental wellbeing. This awareness is often called “mindfulness”. Mindfulness can help us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better.
